Spoon League 1998

Welcome to the 1998 Spoon Season!

THE TEAMS
The Team with No Name:	Mark, Marguerite, Sue R., Liz, Sarah, Stefan
The Motor City Maniacs:	Marta, Jeff, Glenn, Tim, Gia, Antonella
Team Sherlock:	Nina, Britt, Helen, Bill, Ann, Dave
The Quivering Wombats:	Alex, Maz, Georgina, Linda, Sue O.

THE RULES
Each week, on Sunday, the Spoonmeister will hide approximately 7 peachy-colored spoons and one red spoon (known as the Great White Spoon) in the sanctuary and/or foyer area of the Church. Everyone in the IHOPPPP spoon league, except for the Spoonmeister, searches for the spoons. The spoonmeister may not give any hints. The following Wednesday, each player who has found one or more spoons must bring the spoons to Kinship. If a player will not be able to attend Kinship, that player may give the spoon to a teammate instead. Each team will receive 1 point each week for each spoon presented at Kinship (2 points for the Great White Spoon). The player who found the Great White Spoon will become the new spoonmeister, and will be responsible for hiding the spoons on the following Sunday. If the player is unable to fulfill his/her duties as Spoonmeister, he/she may designate a teammate to become Spoonmeister. After 4 weeks of play, the two teams with the highest cumulative scores will compete for the Grand Championship.
